If an information system does not meet the user's&lt;br&gt;needs, it is abandoned (discontinued), even though&lt;br&gt;initial adoption was successful. Researchers, therefore, realized that they&lt;br&gt;needed to understand continuance intention. Discontinued use or lack of users'&lt;br&gt;continuance intention of an information system indicates that usability is&lt;br&gt;lacking. Khalifa (2004) stated that satisfaction, which is a strong indicator&lt;br&gt;of IS usability, has been, and continues to be, an interest to both&lt;br&gt;scholars and practitioners.
